Frequently Asked Questions
Can Trucks integrate with Yard & Asset?
Yes. Trucks can integrate with Assets & Yard. Point of integration for the modules will be shipment. The shipments planned in Assets will flow between Yard and Trucks.
Do I need hardware to use Scelint Trucks? How is it beneficial?
No. You can use Scelint Trucks without any hardware. But with help of a GPS software installed in your truck, you can easily track the location of your trucks in real time, keep track of the driver whereabouts, in a go, to ensure safe & secure load delivery from source to destination.
How to cancel a booking?
Currently, you will have to raise a cancellation request through web/phone at least 30 minutes prior to decided load pick up time. Both parties will be notified upon cancellation approval.
How much time does the average installation take?
Scelint Trucks solution is readily usable. You can register using our web portal or mobile app and start experiencing the platform right away to find & move loads, hire trucks, etc.
Can your solution work with my current legacy systems like WMS and YMS?
Yes. Scelint Trucks can seamlessly integrate with any existing legacy systems, regardless of the kind and enhance the logistics operational efficiency by at least 10 folds.
Does your system provide insurance
Yes. Our insurance is valid only for a single, particular trip. Hence, every time you need insurance, ensure that insurance is bought before the trip starts.
How long will my postings of Loads/Trucks be valid for?
All the posting of Loads/Trucks will expire and be removed from the portal after surpassing the scheduled delivery date and time of the posting. However, all the postings will remain in your history tab in the Dashboard section of the Trucks App.
